Our experience ranges from large scale migrations for corporate networks where numerous sites needed migrating over a period of time to smaller migrations where once the development is complete the transfer can usually be done in a two day period.

Completeness Of Data

We will transfer as much data as possible to your new system. If it can be extracted from the old system and it will fit into the new system then we will transfer it. Some migrations take just names and addresses or exclude key areas such as claims or documents. With us we will aim to migrate as much as possible, leaving you with less re-keying on renewal.

Key Decisions

Using our knowledge we can advise you on the best policies and rules for transferring your data. We can help you make key decisions, such as setting the cut-off date for historical policies and which data to transfer (down to a field by field level).

Lines Of Business

We have experience in migrating:

 Commercial lines business including claims, risk details, accounts and documents, and also

 Personal lines business, including motor and household risk details to ABI code level.

Data Sources

We can take data from different sources, spreadsheets, access databases even system folders or directories (in the case of documents), these can then all be merged into your target system.

Mergers and Acquisitions

If you’re looking at acquiring a business or merging with a business then look no further as we have vast experience in merging sets of data from different systems, creating multiple branch systems with merged lists of clients, insurers, account managers, classes of business etc.

We can also split data where just part of the data is to be migrated. This is usually done either by class or by class of business and is very useful when only part of your portfolio has been bought or sold.

We will work directly for you and if you require liase with your software provider. Our Consultants can work on your premises if required or alternatively,  we are technically equiped to carry out the work remotely.
