 Data Migrations

We can offer a variety of data migration services, from individual legacy and target system analysis, to full scale data migrations to unify several disparate policy systems.  We pride ourselves on delivering data migration projects to time and within budget.

Our most recent project was to migrate commercial lines and motor fleet businesses for a leading Lloyds Insurer.  We migrated broker details, clients, policies, quotes, vehicles, claims, installments and financial transactions. This involved millions of records dating back to 1993 and their transfer to a new bespoke software system. This has involved managing the project, producing the migration strategy and plan carrying out the business analysis, data profiling, cleansing and mapping, and leading the design, development and testing stages.

Data Integrations

We also have experience in the design and development of integration modules for Insurers to link  systems and processes for consistency across multiple customer service channels. Our forte in this area has been the creation of modules which integrated with both back and front office systems. 

Recent Assignments have included:

Working alongside an Insurance Software House to implement a module which migrated client, policy and household risk details between two insurers systems, with the software house being the conduit. The module was compact and easy to use, it was used for a period of twelve months, migrating policies when renewals were due.
